Noah is an associate whose practice centers on international commercial arbitration, insurance, and reinsurance disputes. He advises clients on efficient strategies for resolving cross‑border commercial disputes, drawing on a strong foundation in legal research, procedure, and advocacy developed through federal court experience and international arbitration work.

Noah’s practice spans international dispute resolution, arbitration advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He regularly supports mediation and arbitration matters involving complex commercial issues, with a focus on briefing procedural and substantive questions in international commercial arbitration. His experience includes conducting in‑depth legal research, drafting memoranda, and assisting with dispute strategy in cross‑border and insurance matters.

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Noah was an Associate at a law firm in New York, where he represented insurers and reinsurers in a wide-range of complex insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes. Before private practice, Noah served as a Judicial Extern to a U.S. District Judge in a federal trial court, where he conducted legal research, supported case management, and gained firsthand exposure to federal litigation and procedure. He also worked as a Legal Intern in a federal mediation and arbitration office, assisting with alternative dispute resolution proceedings and supporting mediators and arbitrators in complex matters.
