Harkesh advises multinational clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, complex commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Harkesh served as Counsel for a global consumer products company, supporting all aspects of the company’s expanding US operations. His work included advising on the US commercialization of a smoke‑free products portfolio and providing legal support across internal and external-facing functions.
Earlier in his career, Harkesh was an M&A associate in the New York office of a global law firm. He represented private equity sponsors and public and private companies in domestic and cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and corporate governance matters across a wide range of industries.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Harkesh enjoys supporting Notre Dame football, attending concerts, and exploring the Washington, DC food scene.
