Ashley represents clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. She advises on the acquisition, disposition and financing of hotels, multifamily properties, industrial sites and telecommunications-related real estate. Her practice includes conducting thorough diligence reviews, navigating complex ownership structures and managing risk allocation. Beyond deal work, Ashley advises on both real estate and non-real estate commercial agreements, including technology contracts and service agreements across various industries.

Ashley began her legal career at ArentFox Schiff as a summer associate. 

Life Beyond the Law

Originally from Chicago, Ashley is a proud fan of the Chicago White Sox and Illinois Fighting Illini. Outside of work, she enjoys taking workout classes, trying new restaurants and exploring DC with her puppy, Charlie.
